I specialize in supporting individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, eating disorders, life transitions, body image and self-esteem issues, childhood trauma, stress management, substance abuse, family dynamics, and various forms of abuse, such as emotional, mental, sexual, or physical. Drawing from a diverse set of therapeutic approaches, I am trained in DBT, EFT, Play Therapy, CBT, ACT, SFT, Attachment-Based Therapy, Bowenian Therapy, Art Therapy, IFS, and Mindfulness. I take a collaborative approach, working closely with each client to understand their unique needs, wants, and goals. By combining different interventions and techniques tailored to the individual, I aim to provide a supportive and flexible therapeutic experience that fosters growth and healing.
